System Specifications

Double O-Ring Filter Housings - To Prevent Leaks Even Under High Water Pressures.

Pre-filters:

• Sediment Filter - 5 micron - Removing sand, rust, mud, sediment, etc. in water
• Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) - Removing light chemicals like chlorine, bad odours and improves taste of water.
• Carbon Block - 5 micron - Removing organic contaminants from water, including contaminants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), pesticides, herbicides and trihalomethanes
• Pre-filters must be changed every 12 months to protect membrane.

Reverse Osmosis Membrane: Thin film composite 0, 0001 micron. Made in the U.S.A  Filmtec - 50 GPD (Gallon per Day). Membrane must be replaced every 4 to 6 years

Post filter: Activated Carbon for final improvement of taste. Post filter must be replaced every 2nd year-24 months.

Storage tank: ±10 liters, depending on the water pressure this unit will provide ± 200 liters of water per day (24 hours).

Faucet: Stainless Steel fancy faucet for separate dispensing of pure water

Booster Pump: A pump is needed where incoming water pressure is less than 3 bar or 45psi. A 24volt high pressure pump is included with this system for use on farms with borehole water.

Automatic Shut-off Valve: Prevent unnecessary water wastage.

Pressure test: Factory tested at 125 PSI.

Warranty: 3 years for parts, except for modular changes and abuse. 1 year limited warranty on electrical parts.

Service:

• Every 12 months the first 3 pre-filters need to be replaced.
• Post filter replacement every 24 months.
• Reverse osmosis membrane will be monitored by EXECU WATER. Normal life, ± 5 years.
